• You must have an Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account to connect XO Engine.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for the security of your XO Engine login credentials.

You agree not to use XO Engine to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading content.
• Violate Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or Platform Policy.
• Attempt to circumvent Instagram's rate limits or the compliance safeguards built into XO Engine's automations.
• Automate an account that is not your own, without authorization from the account owner.

XO Engine applies a minimum delay between automated sends and an automated spam-risk check before any automation can be published, in line with Meta's platform recommendations. We may pause or disable an automation that we determine puts your account, or Instagram's platform integrity, at risk.

You retain ownership of the content you schedule and publish through XO Engine. We claim no ownership over your Instagram content, captions, or media.

You may stop using XO Engine and delete your account at any time — see Data Deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Instagram's policies.
