User Data Deletion Instructions

How to delete your XO Engine data and disconnect your Instagram account.

Step 1

Email our support team

Send a request to [SUPPORT_EMAIL] from the email address associated with your XO Engine account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

Step 2

We verify your account

We confirm the request comes from the account owner before taking any action.

Step 3

We disconnect & delete

Your Instagram connection is revoked and your account data, cached analytics, automation configurations and access tokens are deleted from our systems within [RETENTION_WINDOW].

Step 4

You get confirmation

We reply to confirm once deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

  • Your Instagram access token and connection to XO Engine
  • Cached analytics, post insights and audience data we collected
  • Your automation configurations and message logs
  • Your XO Engine account profile (email, password hash)

Instagram / Meta data

Deleting your XO Engine account removes our copy of your data. Data Instagram itself holds about you is governed by Instagram's own data policy.
